QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Tisan Engineering Plastics; has more than 45 years of experience and expertise in the production of compounds used as industrial raw materials. Tisan, which has the widest product range in engineering plastics, offers competitive and appropriate solutions according to the needs of its customers. Tisan Engineering Plastics produces special solutions for every sector with qualified products, flexible production, fast service, strong technical infrastructure and human quality for both standard and special products.

Tisan Engineering is now looking for Technical Sales Executive. 

General Quailifications;

  • Degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Chemistry, Polymers Science & Engineering or a business background with extensive technical training.
  • A technical background coupled with a minimum of 4 years of business to business sales or technical service experience.
  • Experience in selling consultancy-intensive products is an advantage
  • Ability to communicate professionally.
  • Proficient in value-based selling, and use of sales tools including customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • Self-driven and results oriented
  • High level of commitment with hands-on approach, resilience and negotiation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation
  • Very good communication skills in English

Job Description;

  • Coordination and collaboration with sales, customers & project management groups,
  • Understanding the customer requirements, reading specs and user documentation,
  • Preparing the sales calculation and offer letter,
  • Consulting, support and development of customers in the defined territory
  • Technically focused expert advice to manufacturers (OEM) and plant operators
  • Responsibility for sales from quotation to conclusion of sale
  • Project development (long-term and sustainable project support of customers)
  • Systematic and conscientious development of new business relationships through active acquisition of new customers
